I just lost 28kg in 12 months by not eating sugar and wheat. I ate bacon and eggs and hot breakfast every morning, didn't limit fat or meat intake, nor calorie intake. No exercise either, for most of it. And no, I don't have cancer or any other reason to lose weight. I believe the wheat has been GMO since the 1960's and it has indigestible parts that affect other systems in the body. The mainstream says it is not, which means it is. They used radiation to modify it and then said it wasn't GMO. How exactly it makes you put on weight I don't understand. I'm an engineer not a doctor.
