Breakfast is the hardest meal for me before work. Im stuck with either cereal or bagels because it's quick. I just hate that frozen sausage egg n cheese stuff. What do you normally do for breakfast if you don't have a lot of time? Thanks!
I used to work construction and could eat like crazy and not put on any weight.
Transitioned to IT work and kept eating like a construction worker and gained a ton of weight (about 5 lbs. a year).
When the pandemic hit, I immediately knew it was time to do something about my weight. I started with intermittent fasting and later transitioned to OMAD.
So far, I've lost over 6 inches around my waist.
So, in my case, I don't specifically avoid carbohydrates and will eat rice, potatoes, and pasta, but eating only for one hour a day gives me roughly 20 hours to subsist on my fat stores once my insulin levels drop low enough.

You could have coffee with collagen and milk or a protein shake.
I've been hearing about doing the protein shake. Think I will try that. Any good brand suggestions?
I skip breakfast and do OMAD (One meal a day).
