I mean, I get what you're saying that there's no way to know for sure who actually has the credentials they claim they have, but from my understanding Bill Gates is mostly a businessman. While he might understand basic computer programming and Hardware, he's mostly a businessman doing his best to scam people. The sort who makes viruses for a computer and then sells the antivirus to get rid of it.

Or at the very least hires a team to do all of the aforementioned shit.
