There's more than 4 million monolingual francophones in Canada - meaning they can't speak english - only french.
That these "officers" are unmarked is a disgrace. Absolutely disgusting. They could be Francophone Canadian, but also more likely, mercenaries from around the world.
That’s all well and good until you encounter a superior force. At that point the state won’t care about technicalities. You should have known…or something.
