What's interesting is that the newer photo of Durham was provided by the US Attorney's office for the district of Connecticut to which he was nominated, and the older photo directly by the US Department of Justice. This is in stark contrast to the other photos in both articles which are typically licensed from commercial photo-media platforms (AP, Reuters, EPA etc).
