His wife worked for Goldman Sachs and was on the Council of Foreign Relations contributing to articles about how great the North American Union - combining the US, Canada, and Mexico - would be. They met working for the Bushes. Cruz hired Jeb Bush's campaign team, including brother Neil Bush, when Jeb dropped out. Cruz sided with the Dems blaming Trump for the Soros-sponsored violence in Chicago during the campaign. He played a Tea Partier, but didn't support genuine Tea Party candidates. He promoted Tea Party bills, but then didn't vote for them. He ran for president knowing he was not natural born (born in Canada). Cruz dropped out of the race right after Trump wondered whether his Cruz's father was with Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas. Trump doesn't randomly wonder about things like that.
Could also be BH / Swamp turned WH.
