Sounds like Paul Elias Alexander PhD. He worked for the Trump Administration on the Covid team. He held views that were not in keeping with the Fauci team - he was against mass vaxxination and thought a better approach was risk stratification - protect those at highest risk and allow the rest of the population to get sick and develop natural herd immunity. He along with Dr Dr. Hodkinson came out against mandates for truckers in Canada and joined the protests around Feb 6. Anyone coming out against the government is kissing their career in Canada goodbye. I am sure both men can better be appreciated somewhere else.
