Our 5th Circuit Court ruled that mandates are NOT a matter of public health, but are a personal treatment. This is because the vaccines do not prevent infection or transmission. The current claim is just that they may keep the individual from being as severely sick. (Of course, this claim is also false.)

Besides, doctors who expose the vaccine damages, and citizens who share those facts, are performing a selfless duty for their fellow man.
