"Capitalism" is a marxist construct. It's a sad reflection of how much Marxism went to infect the world and even Western mainstream thinking such that people think "capitalism" means something it doesn't.
Capitalism means the concentration of all the capital in an elite group. This is what Marx's was ranting against. (Sound familiar? What is the Schwab cohort and their master's but "capitalism"?)
Before Marx, there was no such thing as "capitalism". If Marxism had never arrived or infiltrated in the way it did, what would we call what we want and what is the NATURAL system of economic and financial operation?
Free-Marketism. Free-markets, where everyone is free to trade, without govt intervention or the monopoly of oligarchs and "capitalists". (Oligarchs dictate control over the market via unfair means, including control of govts)
Personally, I think the distinction is really, really important, and not just because I abhor how massively the lies of Marxism have infiltrated even the minds of thinking people.
"Capitalist" accentuates, perpetuates and highlights the view that money is somehow inherently valuable, somehow something to be desired and sought after in and of itself. It's that mindset that props up Wall Street and the very corrupt materialistic 'western' corruption.
Free Market economics accentuates and emphasizes the view that freedom is inherently valuable, that freedom in all things, including economic activity, allows greater development, prosperity and MORE freedom.
In my opinion, that is...
Reject "Capitalism", embrace Free Market Economics. It's what most people mean when they say Capitalism, but their erroneous use of the term keeps alive the Marxist lie of Communism vs Capitalism. Illusion of choice. Without "Capitalism", Marxism is dead in the water.
I mean, are we WILLING for them to call us "antivaxxers"? Or do we want to recognize that most of us are in fact simply "Pro-choice" or even "anti-mandate"?
This is HOW Marxism and the devil's lies work. They create labels, and get people to embrace them. Labels that THEY (Marxism, and the Devil) define.
That's the only reason America and the Western world adopted this expression "Capitalism". They let Communism define the playing field. Today, we see how very dangerous that sort of capitulation of the field is.
