Preordered and tried to log on . Was told incorrect password. Would send me Reset Email. Never got email and screen is now frozen. Any suggesstions? Tried logging on at 12:15am.

I was getting the error when I tried to use a web browser to create an account. Then I finally remembered, DUH, I have an iPad. So I downloaded the app, and I was able to get registered. Sitting at #677,358 on the wait list. So now we wait!
