Rounding people up only makes work. They know where all the troublemakers are. If they ever start creating serious issues they will be dealt with.

You might think that the Canadian truckers are an issue but they have given Trudeau the excuse to become Dictator of Canada so they have actually been quite helpful.

The DS plan grinds on regardless of the superficial setbacks the more awake people can see. The asleep don't see and are not bothered. Those in on the plan are just carrying on as normal.
