Android and ios for the most part have the same apps nowadays few exeptions nowadays (like truth social) This is just a scam app that I'm sure tries to scrape for your data. Also there is no 3rd party way yet to get on truth because it has no desktop counterpart so it can't even use a web app or mobile version. Stay safe out there with scam apps. P.s. they also have like 20 different apps. Same icon but background changed, one for LGBT, Jake Paul, Elon musk, flat earth. Definitely shady at the least, malicious at the worst.
