Former sewer/water worker here, can confirm. We had several women over the years think that they could do the job. They aren't built physically, but, more importantly, mentally, to do the job. Even the burly bull dyke types. None of them lasted more than a month, or two. Heavy lifting, hard physical labor and problem solving was too much for them. The rest of the crew always ended up doing their jobs for them so that the work got done. However, in their defense, plenty of men couldn't do it, either.
What these dumb broads forget is there are plenty of physically/mentally weak men who can't hack it either. I scrolled by this and initially thought oh neat she did it. Then the comments point out all the dudes walking by no biggie and how this just shows the bare minimum being done. Virtue signaling is gonna get some young men killed if she ever sees the front lines in the same way it'll go poorly if some equally weak male were in her shoes.
Reminds me the time I had to carry a female's full pack because she couldn't carry it. It was brutal, my full load out plus hers. Fury, is the only thing that kept me going. FURY.

Back in my 20's I worked various construction type jobs and it was the same way.
The most physically and mentally taxing the job, there was more of a guarantee you would never see a woman on the crew.
Just like with you, we had a few come and go right away because there was no way they could handle wrestling a 90lb rock drill all day.
