They "hold court" and are called "your honor." They threaten "contempt of court" if they don't like something you say. Didn't nobles "hold court" in the old days? A difference I guess is that you "rise" when the tyrant walks out, instead of kneeling like in the old days. I think the sovereign citizens have the right idea, but they're using incorrect terms.
