I think a major point that is missed is that when you rip the weed out, some roots might get left behind and the weeds grow back. Many times in history these evil corrupt people just slipped out the backdoor with all of their wealth when the SHTF, that's why they love wars. We can't just shine the light on the cockroaches, they will scatter. Make sure the cockroaches are boxed in first and make sure not to miss any roots. Just an opinion/observation.
