They followed the advice of a mentally disabled sock puppet. I'd be surprised if they were NOT upstream in the s**t creek without a paddle by now.
This had to be by design, no one follows a 16yo's advice for their national energy plans. This was OK'd by people to intentionally tank the country.
Yeah, people who think all this is happening organically are missing the plot.
