Politics aside - no minor should have elective surgeries done that sterilize them and can't be undone.

No. They can wait until they are older for this kinda shit. I am not a huge fan of Abbott - I would be behind this enforcement just as I would be behind stopping the Gov from Sterilizing people.

Why? It's the same thing.
