By what reasoning is this "absolute"?

The case has been made that the website itself is made by the Q team. There is substantial evidence to support that claim. Why is 8kun, which was likely NOT made by the Q team "inside" but Q's own voice is "outside"?

I get it, the belief in the tripcode drove communications, but no where does Q state the tripcode is all. The exact meaning of "no outside comms" is long debated. What direct link is there between tripcode and "inside/outside" in an "absolute" context?
