I can understand that... However, if he truly believes what he said there then he hasn't done the research a lot of us have done... re: devolution, law of war etc... Cheers Anon... ☕☕☕

People sometimes take a position they don’t agree with to make a point. Saying op didn’t do their research when everything else above and below that one sentence is still correct is dishonest to say the least. Devolution doesn’t do much to explain Russia/Ukraine and if your target audience is a normie, why even mention it.
