Perhaps take it as an opportunity to learn about your own good self. In my view, it's a very important principle to accept and be responsible for what I choose to believe, and the feelings that arise from those choices.

There was no lie here. There was a bunch of based pedes, doing a troll, at the big kickoff. There was no ill intent, from what I can see (and choose to believe).

It may not have been the best thought out endeavor, but framing it as a lie is a choice, imo.

Take a few breaths, back to the work, and give it a few days.
