Wouldn't that be a funny twist.

How about them vaxxed people then, with their self- assembling-computers .... are they augmented biocyber-weapons? Should these people be allowed to travel at all?

How about bringing vaxxed soldiers onto foreign soil. Is that unlawful proliferation?
