It doesn't matter. It's a confirmed White Hat account. They couldn't have made it any clearer. Whether it is Q or not is irrelevant. It's still sending White Hat comms and an account to watch like Dan Scavino's.

It is still a very deliberately made account by the White Hats. If you don't want to dig, then that's your choice. But this was made by the creators of Truth Social in the beta phase before even Trump had an account.

Many here also analyze Dan Scavino tweets for the same reason. We are interested in White Hat Comms and what they are trying to say. If you don't care, then that's a shame. However, many of us do care what White Hats have to say.
