Just curious as to laws... IF this show goes on for another 2 years and Bide concedes and steps down to Trump at the very end of his presidency, does that block Trump from being President for another 4 years?

A president can serve for ten years. Two years of someone else’s term (in the case of a Vice President) and two of your own terms.
