Did you notice the CPAC stage in the first few seconds of this video? It says "President Donald J. Trump". So wherever this video is seen around the world, he is "claiming" the presidency.

Normally as "Former President" is what I've seen. Especially when making a public speech. Or he would be "45th President of the United States". But maybe this is looser than what I think...
