Q had said... There was a line in President Trump's first SOTU that “Freed Congress”...

But last night DJT purposely paused on “As your President”...

Now Scavino is stating Trump’s speech was the SOTU And it caused something to “kick in”...

Like “Activate”...

Let’s see what happens...
