Why would he be wearing "Western"clothes, with a camera around his neck like he's a tourist? His "son" does NOT look Russian whatsoever.

I see Gorby, so I would assume that is where the Russians all were. I'm assuming that the person you think is Putin is an American tourist that happened to meet Reagan.
