Just like COVID. 98% hoax with a sliver of truth. Putin is destroying all the biolabs so the DS can't launch a phase 2 bioweapon. The only ones that need to be concerned are the Ukraine deep-staters and their neo-Nazi minions. Everyone else needs to turn off their TVs and relax. This will not take long and peace will be declared.
There are a lot more biolabs in the world than just the ones in Ukraine. Putin may be destroying the ones in Ukraine (but why wouldn't he have announced that by now; it would only help his cause to publicly state that it was one of the missions), but there is always another one somewhere else that could develop the next "covid".
I doubt they'd even air his reasoning? Or like others have said, say he's lying or crazy. He has voiced his complaints about the bio labs before the conflict. Russia and China called on the UN to investigate the Pentagon's biolabs around the world. These are on his backyard, and Ukraine is said to have multiple biolabs that are testing "the most dangerous pathogens." It was even written about on the Ukranian/American embassy website until the pulled it down. I believe I saw someone had archived it.
