I think this video by the same guy shown in the OP's vid explains why. He says the Russian's own the sky in Ukraine and are systematically encircling the country. U.N. thugs probably can't logistically be sent in like in Canada. This guy ("Coach Red Pill" - love his YouTube channel name) really makes a lot of sense.
