Keep election day on a Tuesday so ppl have to go back to work the following day. Makes it inconvenient to VOTE.

I vote for a voting weekend, no excuses, you had two days and it was a weekend. Paper only, fully monitored, voter ID, no mail ballots except for severe cases or military. No early reporting, it's punished as sedition. Results announced when final vote is tallied, on Sunday night.
