Congratulations to that woman for stepping in when she did and stopping whatever was going to happen. That is a Walls ice cream freezer though. They are all over SE Asia. The company may be pedo (I don't know), but those freezers are given away for free to independent vendors who buy ice cream from the distributor. So the lady who prevented the kidnapping has nothing to do with the symbol. She is just an alert shop owner who deserves a commendation.
