That heart is the brand of a popular ice cream ..I can’t think of the name but sold in every grocery store .7 11 etc ..every time I’m in the frozen food isle I see it and fume . You would know the company if I could remember , they have been around for years ..old school brand

I think so , the young girl stopped for a couple seconds to wait for the woman to catch up with her ..I think they were both in on it to collect evidence on the dude .the guy didn’t look like he was acting or part of it , he was for real it looked like to me ! The guy has probably snatched kids before or was a suspect, and they set him up !
From watching the video I really believe this is the case ..risky for the kid but I’m sure they had back up !

That wasn't a standard surveillance camera. Someone was operating it, moving it around to follow the lady and child.
