See....I agree to a point. But you missed it.

He was making fun of himself and showing that Vindman was right. Larry was showing that his perfect call wasn't so perfect. In essence he was showing how Trump was wrong and Larry was also wrong.

So he wasn't saying he did nothing wrong, he was showing he got caught

It was okay. Larry succeeds because he makes fun of everyone and anything. If he doesn't do that he comes off as having an agenda.

One Biden joke could have saved it for me. Even a Pelosi joke of two.
