The FACE you are all so confused about is the upper right corner of her face, You see her eye as the mouth... she is wearing a black mask and looking down toward her left. I couldn't see it either until someone posted the exact picture from another angle, but this is how we get such odd and stubborn communities, from refusing to believe we don't fully understand what we see.
