Incorrect. The US has an extradition treaty with Poland. If he is captured, he can be transferred, charged, tried, and served justice.

A third-world dictator trying to save his hide would flee to a non-extradition treaty country. If Zelensky is in Poland, it is likely he is there for peace talks of some kind.
