What the global Cabal didn't count on was 'tag-team' play by both Russia and the USA.

Both of us have a common enemy in the global Cabal. If both realize it... and decide to work together behind the scenes in tag-team fashion... the Cabal is over before they realize it.

That is what I believe is happening.
