Lindsay Graham needs to resign. Advocating assassination of a head of state by a sitting U.S. Senator is unconscionable.

So Graham says Russians citizens should step up and do what’s needed, as in kill their president. Soooo does that mean we America citizens should step up and do the same? Hmm
