I’m red pilling a millennial and she says the fact checkers say EO is perfectly safe. I explained who pays for the fact checkers. I read a good research paper back last year when test kits were in full force about this but can’t find it now. Anyone have research on EO and nasal swabs?

Here's a hazard warning from the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries warning against using EO to sterilize anything that might be warn by humans. It states, "This extremely hazardous toxic chemical poses a severe risk to human health."
Here's what the EPA says about EO. It is carcinogenic to humans and is known to cause various cancers as well as numerous other acute and chronic adverse health effects.
Here's an Ethylene Oxide Manual. Page 70 under Ethylene Oxide Exposure it states
Maybe these sources will help. I found them all by typing "ethylene oxide" into the search bar and skimming through comments on various posts here on GAW. u/#crumbs
its a great sterilizer. Its used on a bunch of stuff. they use EO and have used it before covid, i think you just happened to learn about it because of covid. there is a lot worse carcinogenic things that we use every day. "fragrance" is something a company can hide behind to add anything they want, even banned substances. and its up to the end user to figure out if its bad. so look there. you will find a lot more.
Ask yourself why we have to wear masks to keep covid from coming out of us but they have to swab up in your brain to get a sample of it.
yeah that's understandable. I need to "take" it weekly to see my incarcerated brother. but i normally do magic tricks to get out of actually sticking it up my nose.
Known carcinogen, used to sterilize medical shit if my memory serves me correct.
I've had to take the "rapid test" a couple of times in order to go into various offices but each time I've insisted on a mouth swab on the basis of "how good are you at stopping a serious nose bleed?"
