The problems tend to be the people who think drivers should get a 0 tip, and while I'm against mandatory gratuity in a restaurant ehh paying someone specifically for delivery is not a new concept.

Do people specialize in the types of goods they deliver? I've been drawing up a business plan for an idea I have, and I was thinking today I may need to get a delivery van, but just realized I could find someone who'd be able to do that. There's that hesitation around making sure items arrive in a good condition.
