I agree with this.

Trump couldn't be President while the vaccine debacle played out. People think he could have stopped it, but his Presidential powers weren't even enough to get HCQ approved for early treatment of the Wuhan virus.

The timing is perfect on this. I don't think anybody is successfully blaming Trump for the war.
