When we were told 11.3 referred to a chapter in the Law of War Manual is I think the best example. Seems like no anons figured that out from 2017 to 2020 and then just around the time Biden was to be inaugurated, we’re told about chapter 11.3. I think that’s also what started the Devolution theory too.
