Emergency plan by the global elites:

Step one: Gather all the CDC whistleblowers into one small meeting room under the guise of negotiation.

Step two: Have a mind control victim wearing explosive vest run into the room to murder all of them.

Step three: Publish the bomber’s final letter explaining that Q told him to murder people at the CDC.
