I have come to the conclusion that what we have been told about him may not be true at all. Aside from that, just because he's against the cabal and central banking system doesn't mean he's for the world; he's for Russia and that's OK.

Maybe it’s the old adage the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Putin may not fit our definition of a good guy, but he seems like he is driven to protect Russia’s sovereignty. And the main threat to Russia’s sovereignty is the NWO. So our goals at this moment align.

I would say he is a victim of other more powerful guys (globohomo). Is he a lesser evil? To some extent, yes.
If I rated them on evil scale:
Putin 5/10 (bonus points subtracted for not killing civilians).
Globohomo/WEF: 9/10 (bonus points added for worldwide cleansing)
Ukraine: n/a. Second/third world, irrelevant, proxy territory.
