Yeah, why wouldn't Russia release this news, if true?

The entire world is buying the pro-ukraine propaganda, and with multiple corporations pulling out of Russia, your own citizens will soon stop supporting you.

You now have access to one of the largest and most disturbing rings on the planet, and you hide it? For what reason? As leverage? Leverage against whom? The same people who were supposedly building up an offensive front right on your border?

IF true, then now is the time to release the truth. Let the world know your wage a righteous crusade.
