There's no curvature. I'm out on the ocean right now and can see a jetty that should be hidden by about 10 feet of curvature.
You are absolutely correct curvature cannot be proven nor can it be seen with the naked eye
Yup. On a good day I can see a lighthouse that should be hidden by about 18 feet. And not only do I see the lighthouse, I can see the waves crashing on the rocks it sits on which are about 100 ft below it.
