Try following the links to the “indictment”, it doesn’t exist.

Your statement is called intellectual dishonesty.

Even a fresh out of school lawyer could get someone out of jail, if there's no indictment.

My statement was about a broken link in the fake news Axios article.

But there is indeed an indictment for Tina Peters on bogus charges. God forbid an elected official do her job and preserve election records. I hear she has good lawyers, though, so hopefully she will win against this tyranny against her.
