And most of it was happening BEFORE 9/11, then all the questionable stuff the Bush family was doing became 'unquestionable'

All above plus: people made big stock bets before attack like they knew future, guy who owned WTC got rich on collecting insurance from the buildings. Formation of Dept Homeland Security. It goes on and on.
