I am not talking about a q post or Mod-saved Gif that is already on this website, but a regular image file that is saved on my own computer.

For instance, if I want to include an image file named '1844 Sphinx photo' saved on my own computer, would I attach it here in a reply by doing this: u/ #1844 Sphinx photo?

Formatting is quite limited here (which may not be a bad thing actually).
