The United States is calling it a false flag. What a surprise. Maybe this is the false flag they were screaming that Russia would do weeks ago. They knew this was coming and were trying to get propoganda out in front of it.

I can't remember where I saw it but I'd say it was about 3 weeks ago, and yes they were saying Russia is going to conduct a false flag operation.
