Not saying Russia is a saint, but in this case it appears to be presenting the facts.
If Russia can present tangible unbiased proof with the co-op of the un, they will undo the cabal.
Notice they are not demanding the proof.
If a nation claimed this (Russia) I would say well then show us what you're talking about. You make the claim, show the proof.
