Ukraine is the only known operator of these now dated Soviet era drone missiles.
It was probably an ordinary 'mysterious object' that crashed, while leaving more than one parachute behind.
Happens all the time. I'm sure Croatia's parks are full of abandoned parachutes and mysteriously crashed unidentified objects.
